Your personal information will be used to provide lactation and/or parenting support services for you and your child, to manage our relationship with you and to communicate with you about matters regarding your care.

  • Providing you with marketing material if you consent to receiving such information

Baby Bonding will only disclose your personal information for the purposes of which it was initially collected, directly-related purposes or other purposes to which you have consented.


We may use any of your personal information as provided to us during our evaluation and/or management of you and/or your child to other health care professionals, as deemed reasonably necessary for your ongoing care and as agreed to by you in your signed consent form.


Personal information may also be disclosed to appropriate parties where it is required by law for us to do so.


We may provide personal information to other parties who are legally responsible for your care, unless you advise that you do not wish us to provide information to such a person and it is not required by law for us to do so. We may also use your information to communicate with your health fund where appropriate.


Any personal information you provide may also be disclosed, if appropriate, to third parties who provide services on our behalf eg. administrative support, invoicing and handling customer inquiries. These third parties are only permitted to obtain the personal information necessary to complete their tasks and are also bound by this privacy policy and the Privacy Act 1988.


 Your personal information may be used for other purposes related to safety and education such as company auditing for risk assessment, quality and safety assurances, claims management and staff training and education.


Other than as stated above, Baby Bonding will not disclose your personal information. We will never share your personal information with any third parties without your consent, or unless expressly required by law.
